Very busy and ambitious to squeeze everything in but absolutely doable. Consider cutting out a city or 2 and you will enjoy your trip even more. Then come back and see the rest another time :)

Also consider taking flights around if it’s in your budget. Very reasonable especially if booked in advance. Warsaw-Gdańsk, Warsaw—Wrocław, Wrocław-Krakow. Would fit in well with this itinerary and you can still see the other places by rental car.
